We’re Josh and Kaitlin Saenz! After 10 years in full-time vocational ministry and 8 years working in the corporate marketing and business development world, we (meaning.. Josh) took on some fractional donor development work for a nonprofit we personally love and support. As we became intrigued with this idea of fractional work, we dreamt of how we might use our experience and skills, from the ministry and corporate worlds, to serve Christian nonprofits with the same approach. We took a leap of faith and started Compel You!
