Systems, Advocacy and a Heart for Impact
Kaitlin is a dynamic leader, known for her unwavering confidence, get-it-done-and-do-it-well attitude, and ambitious spirit. She embodies strength and resilience, seeing every challenge as an opportunity to learn and improve. Kaitlin’s willingness to embrace challenges head-on and empower those around her to pursue excellence in their mission is a testament to her leadership style. Her leadership style is characterized by authenticity and a deep commitment to approaching obstacles through the lens of curiosity.
If you need a strong advocate for your cause, Kaitlin is the voice you want on your team. If you need a push to develop clear systems and work more efficiently as an organization, she’s the one you want championing you with loving truth. Her heart is to see you succeed in leading your cause’s efforts more effectively and with greater impact.
Having spent several years serving with Josh in youth ministry, participating in missions work from Mexico to Ethiopia, teaching in the classroom, and serving as the Executive Director of Family Ministries at Park Church in Denver, Kaitlin has gathered a wealth of experience. As the co-founder of Compel You, Kaitlin brings an orderly drive, a heart for justice, and a discerning ear to the table. She is systems-driven, operationally-minded, and organized might just be her middle name. Kaitlin has used her skills and experiences to open her own leadership coaching business, helping ministries and nonprofit leaders reach their full potential and maximize their impact for the Kingdom. She now uses this experience working with Compel You clients.
Kaitlin’s faith in Jesus is the cornerstone of her life. Want to hear her get passionate in a minute? Ask her about Great Commission work. “One thing that really gets me and my family excited is Bible translation! Having the Word in your own language is really the heart of and beginning of discipleship. It’s what helps people really take what they know in their head and help them push it down into their heart. I think that pans out into so many different places… I get so excited hearing how God is taking the Kingdom of Heaven and bringing it into the Kingdom of earth! And to think that we get to be a part of that!”
If you catch Kaitlin at home, chances are she’s homeschooling her and Josh’s two lively sons or picking up stray Legos. If you catch her on vacation with her family (#TeamSaenz), you’ll likely find her by the beach—preferably the ocean—where she feels most like herself. “It’s always been a place where I experience God. Even as a young kid, I would sit in awe, enamored with the power and calm of the ocean.” Whether with her family or by herself, a day at the beach laying in the sun or jumping in the water is literally always her dream. If you miss her at the beach, you may find her traveling and enjoying the experience of exploring different cultures with her family.
